About Me
Welcome! I’m Raminta—a certified Clinical Gestalt Therapist and yoga instructor with an academic background in psychology. I’m passionate about supporting people to feel more grounded, connected, and empowered in their lives.
With a warm, nonjudgmental presence, I work with adults navigating anxiety, self-doubt, loneliness, relationship challenges, and the many transitions and complexities of life.
My Journey. In Short.
My path to becoming a psychotherapist started early, although it wasn’t a straight line. As a child, I was introverted and deeply curious—reflecting on the world, people, and their relationships. I wanted to understand and help. After high school, I knew that studying psychology was the only thing that I was really interested in.
But after completing my BA, I didn’t yet feel ready to become a psychologist. I needed to live more, to experience the world. So I left Lithuania for a year-long exchange in Copenhagen—a year that turned into over a decade of adventure, healing, and growth.
During those 12 years, a lot unfolded: I earned an MA in Social Entrepreneurship and Management, worked in various roles across different sectors, but felt a growing longing to be closer to people in a more meaningful way. That led me back to psychology through the Gestalt psychotherapy training at the Gestalt Institute of Scandinavia (the only institution in Denmark accredited by the European Psychotherapy Association).
After six intense years of healing, learning, and growing, I graduated as a Clinical Gestalt Psychotherapist.
How I Work
In my therapy practice, I draw from Gestalt methodology—a holistic, present-focused approach that emphasizes awareness, choice, and connection.
My style is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I work mindfully and creatively, often using:
- Body awareness
- Creative experiments
- Dialogue in your pace
Clients often come to me feeling confused, overwhelmed, or stuck. My intention is to help you reconnect with yourself, recognize what may no longer serve you, and help you gain clarity and courage to move toward and do what matters to you.
We move at your pace. I meet you with curiosity, compassion, and respect. You are welcome to come as you are - confused, messy, emotional, ect. - all parts of you are welcome.
